Hi everyone! It’s time to sign up for our reunion!  

It has been 25+ years since the /93 batch graduated from GEC. There has been a lot of enthusiasm about having a 25 year reunion and hence was born this idea of making it not just a dinner event but a multi-day getaway at a resort in Goa!

Who :  GEC /93 classmates only preferably

When: Per your preference in the RSVP we have created the following options

Option 1: Permanent Hostelite 

Check in on 28th & Check out 30th

Single Occupancy 18,000 INR 

Double Occupancy 13,000 INR

All inclusive price for a 2-night stay in twin-sharing room with a classmate* of your choice or stay alone , food, & all planned activities. Alcohol only for Gala dinner included for July 29th only/ Family/ Personal transportation costs not included

Option 2: Night Rider

Check in on 29th & Check out 30th

Single Occupancy 11500 INR 

Double Occupancy 9000 INR

All inclusive price for a 1-night stay in twin-sharing room with a classmate of your choice or stay alone , food, & all planned activities. Alcohol only for Gala dinner included for July 29th only/ Family/ Personal transportation costs not included

Option 3 : Day Scholar

Reunion Activities, 2pm to 11.59pm July 29th

6250 INR without lunch

(if you want to join including lunch an additional 1250 INR )

 Join at 2pm and spend the day with Classmates and Finish off with a Gala Event Alcohol only for Gala dinner included for July 29th only/ Family/ Personal transportation costs not included

All prices assume a minimum of 60 participants. 

Cost: We have extensively negotiated costs with Nanu and are offering a range of options based on the duration for which you join the reunion. These are captured in the table below. 

Next Steps: 

1. Payment will be made in two separate transactions. 

• PAYMENT PART A:  Fixed cost approximately Rs. 2250 per head to Event Organizer to cover for event costs.

• PAYMENT PART B: Costs to be paid to hotel - it depends on the option chosen:
  1. Rs. 4000- Day Scholar ( Lunch price not included )
  2. Rs.  5250 - Day Scholar (with lunch )
  3. Rs. 6750   - Night Rider (1 night Staying with classmate)
  4. Rs. 9250- Night Rider (1 night Staying Alone)
  5. Rs. 10750  - Permanent Hostelite ( 2 nights Staying with classmate)
  6. Rs. 15750 - Permanent Hostelite ( 2 nights Staying Alone)
